Topic: Bootdisk Image OK??????!!!

Trying to install e-smith 4.1.1 on an old HP NetServer LH Pentium 100 I need a Floppy disk to install.  Writing the boot.img from the e-smith to floppy and restarting brings me as far as: Insert RedHat CD in CD-ROM drive.
Is this an error on the floppy image? Installing Redhat in the same way works fine.......

I gigured out that my CD-ROM drive was not reading fine. Replacing the unit solved my problem...
