The RedHat installer determined that you have an SMP capable motherboard. If your motherboard is not in fact SMP capable, could you send the motherboard details to bugs@e-smith.com? If it is SMP capable, good luck finding a second PPro 150

No. And neither would running the SMP kernel, other than a minor performance impact.
