Try e-smith-mailfront-1.0.0-02rbl.noarch.rpm from ftp://ftp.e-smith.org/pub/e-smith/contrib/CharlieBrady/RPMS/noarch/.

Nathan, I am very pleased I found this thread!  It is exactly what I have been looking for.

I have blocked *tons* of legitimate IP's from delivering mail to my server because of the overwhelming amount of SPAM.

However, using the instructions in the previous posts, I attempted a test message to spamhaus and it is telling me that my server is not blocking messages.

Did you get a successful block from them?  If so, have you tried it lately?  If it still works for you can you send me your template?

I also went to the osirusoft web site and it says it is down.  I presently have ordb.org, spamcop.net, and spamhaus configured.

Thanks!

Tom

Tom, I'm going to send you my templates just in case.

I've got rules that:
1) Block using RBL
2) Block APNIC/LACNIC hosts.

I'll send both to your personal email.  You may also want to check out http://www.stickit.nu/spamfilter and http://www.stickit.nu/pop-before-smtp.

Man, I have to say - after running with the rbl's for one week, I have only gotten one or two SPAM's, down from several hundred a day at my domain without all the hassles of using all the crazy rules I was modifying every other day to allow legitimate e-mails through while trying to block all the others.

Thanks a million guys, and I will definately be upgrading to SME 5.6 soon.
