Topic: manager problems

I cannot get into any pages in the manager right now. This is 5.1.2 and the main manager page loads, asks me for password, etc. But whatever link I click in the left pane, I get this in the right pane:

Internal Server Error

also: in /var/log/httpd/admin_error_log I get this:

I see the cannot create temp file, but I dont know what to do about it... the permissions look correct to me in those dirs.
This may have occured right after I applied the security update, but I am not sure if that is related.

Thanks for the help. I will remember to check the bugs page in the future.
However that did not fix it.

I deleted those files, remade them with expand-template, and restarted, and again I get the same exact thing.

Any ideas?

apparently the permissions on /tmp changed and that was the problem.
