What is the most simple way to access the User Manager from our site your network (Or from the internet) And can you connect using putty? If so what port do I need to put in putty to connect (Like I up in port 980 to connect to the server-manager)

The latest version of User Manager uses the same values as described in http://www.e-smith.org/docs/howto/remote-mgr-access-howto.html for the Server Manager. On 5.5, you can edit these in the Remote Access panel.

I can't use that method to connect from my office because the place I work for uses some method to change the IP address that is sent from the internet. So some times when I connect it;s seen as xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx the next time I connect it will be seen as xxx.xxx.xyz.xyz.

So is there any other way of accessing that using Putty or another method. I connect to the server manager using putty fine.

Maybe setup a vpn and access it via your browser?

I wondered if there was a back door to change the stored remote access network address ?

I have enabled secure logins , so could easily edit the file containing the remote access address, unless of course it is encrypted!

Alternately, I'll have to leave PC Anywhere running on my workstation!
