recovering raid hdd change
« on: December 12, 2002, 07:35:43 PM »
Hi all: I had two HDD in my box but they weren't exactly the same, so i decided to change one of  this hdd since I got another identical.
so what should I do now?
This is what i get from my box

# cat /proc/mdstat
Personalities : [raid1]
read_ahead 1024 sectors
md2 : active raid1 hda1[0] 264960 blocks [2/1] [U_]
md0 : active raid1 hda6[1] hda5[0] 15936 blocks [2/2] [UU]
md1 : active raid1 hda7[0] 3975936 blocks [2/1] [U_]
unused devices:

but the secon one is not working yet!

the "new" disk was with an empty fat32 partition, I've  just replaced the hardware.
should I run any command or something to restore de raid?
Many thanks in advance
