Firewall blocks internal network

Hi,

We're having trouble setting up an e-smith server.  We have a unique setup compared to what e-smith considers standard it seems.  We have been assigned an IP range 203.52.87.64/27.  We connect to the ISP via a dial-up modem which has a separate address 139.something.  From there we can use the 203 range for our internal network which connects to the internet via the ppp's 139 address.

The problem I am presuming is that e-smith by default firewalls off the internal network.  Normally this would be fine, except our server must run on 203.52.87.65 and everything else be firewalled off.

If you have any ideas on the easiest way to fix this, or any other recommendations then I would appreciate a response.

Thanks
Mark
