It's going to be a mess. The NDK (Netmeeting Directory Kit) project for Linux seems to be dead. The code is about a year out of date, and current versions of the packages the old code requires don't work with the old Netmeeting schema. The only versions of openldap that work have security holes that can only be fixed by ugrading them -- and breaking the schema.
Until someone with the knowledge can fix the schema, I don't think there is a good current Linux solution for what you are trying to do. If you do attempt to put all of the pieces together, I would strongly advise you do it on a stand-alone system with a full distro (Debian, Red Hat, SuSE), but NOT with SME.
