Topic: Deny Internet Access

I'm looking to deny internet access to certains users at work for differernt periods of the day.  Any pointers on how to do this or where to look.

Most simple would be a cron job that executes a script containing ipchains rules to deny and grant access to the outside world on basis of the IP number.
