Topic: Virtual Domains and CGI

I get a "Not Found" message when I try to access an I-bay's
cgi directory through it's virtual domain.

http://virtualdomain/cgi-bin/script.pl gives file not found.
but
http://ip.address/ibay/cgi-bin/script.pl works.

Is this a know problem, or something wrong with my setup?
