I have a strange problem I can access my homepage from outside but when on my internal network I can not access. What can be wrong Iam runnun version 5.1.2

As youhave not provided much information, I am making some assumptions :-

Let's say :
Your domain is called : mydomain.com
Your SME server is configured with mydomain.com as the server domain name
Your actual homepage (www.mydomain.com) is hosted by your ISP or another webhost
When you access your homepage from the internal network you probably got a page that said "This web site is under construction"

If the above 3 assumptions were true, then you will be able to access your homepage from anywhere on the internet except your LAN unless you go into server manager, under Hostnames and Addresses, change the www entry to point to a Remote host and configure its global IP to the IP address of your homepage (you can find out your homepage IP if you ping www.mydomain.com from outside of your LAN).

If not, then post more info about your setup.

No the homepage is hostet on my server.

Have you registered the domain name with a domain registry?  
Have you configured the DNS for that domain name to point to the static IP address of your SME server?  
Do you have the Primary/IBAY settings set to public?
Can you access the page using the IP address?

If you answered "No" to any of these questions then you would not be able to access your "homepage".

Post your exact setup please. It will make this much easier.

Can you see the webpage when using the SME's internal IP address (192.168.0.1 or similar)? Can you see it using the SME's external IP?

Do you have any routers or anything between the internet connection and the SME's external NIC?

I have fixed the problem it was errors in the php.ini file
