Topic: Backup certain parts of SMe v5.5

I wanna make the transfer from SME v5.5 to v5.6 . Almost all my RPM files on v.5.5 also work on v5.6 (except the portforwarding RPM). So I don't want a complete backup-to-desktop from v5.5 and restoring it to v5.6 . Can someone maybe tell me if it is possible and how to backup:

1. Emails from all the users that is on the webmail ?
2. My SQL databases ?
3. My complete /primary/html including the rights on the files/directory's ?
4. My user-profiles that are on the server ?

May be you can use the following how to:
how to backup to disk using flexbackup on e-smith ( backing up all datas )
how to restore individual files from disk using flexbackup
Or just use the second how to and creat an extract-file where you put files that you want to restore.
Hope that this will help you. For mysql may vbe you will use /etc/e-smith/events/actions/mysql-import-table

I recently upgraded one of my servers from 5.5 to 5.6. The Port Forwarding RPM was on the original 5.5 box and it transfer over to 5.6 ok. At least as far as I know I haven't done any hard testing on it yet.
