Topic: Mail directories and OE (SME 5.6)

Hallo all!
Im experiencing some problems in regards to the naming of mail directories, using OE (Norwegian) and SME 5.6.
The thing is that the "sent-mail" directory must be called "Sendte elementer" (Norwegian) in order for OE to send email at all!
I do remember a patch for E-Smith 4.1.2 which cured the problem then, but I cannot find it (tried to search) and also I seem to remember reading somewhere that the mail directory structure in 5.6 is different from earlier versions.
I can of course use Web-mail, but would like to eb able to use (stupid) clients, as well.
Any advise is highly appreciated!
