Hi,

There is quite a bit of posting in the forum regarding this meeting room booking systems. However, there isn't really a how-to or step by step guide to achieveing the installation. I am not very familar with the linux systems. I think it will be very useful if someone can point me to something.

dont know if theres a howto anywhere but it looks fairly simple to install. I'd probably unpack the archive onto the /opt directory of my server and then take Dan Browns howto for phpBB2 and copy his method of creating a custom template for apache to point it to the installed copy and also his method for setting up the MySQL database and assigning a user to control it. I need a booking system myself so if I get a chance I'll install it tomorrow and document the procedure.

ok I have it successfully installed and working and have started to put together my attempt at a howto for it. Unfortunately I am now away for a couple of days so wont be able to post it until Monday - I'll let some of the experts tear it apart and point out the security flaws
