Topic: SME5.6U4 Add Group

I am having a problem adding groups to SME5.6U4.
This is happening on two machines.
After entering the group and description, I hit the create button.
The working screen blanks, but is never refreshed with a validation that the group is created.

Both of the machines were upgraded from previous versions.  One is 5.5, the other is 5.0.

I looked through messages, but can only find an ldap create error.  
No such object at /etc/e-smith/events/group-modify/S25ldap-update line 153

One of the machines is not creating ldap entries, which I think is related to the group issue.

Anyone have any troubleshooting ideas....

If I pull S15group-create-unix out of the events/group-create directory, the event completes, so it appears it is hanging on this script.  Is there a debug level that I can turn on to help me find the problem?
