I read a few threads about the "mysteriously blocked port 25" on the
external interface and how this problem is related to ISP's blocking SMTP
traffic to and from private connections. The problem is: after upgrading
my smtpfront-qmail daemon with the one Charly Brady published in his contrib area on e-smith.org (the one with the rbl addition:
e-smith-mailfront-1.0.0-02rbl.noarch.rpm), the same thing happened to me.
However my ISP isn't blocking anything. I've read a message from someone
who used a contrib for opening up this port on the external interface and
this seems to work for me to. However, I think this is a good workaround
but not a permanent solution for this problem.
Does anyone have any clue what can cause this?
