Hi Guys, I have something to ask, I have SME 5.6 box running as a mail server, all our mails are pop through MS Outlook and sometimes we view it via Webmail, my problem is everytime I've opened my webmail, the mail already pop in my MS Outlook was duplicated. This thing happen whenever I've opened my mail via Webmail and when i go back to MS Outlook the emails was duplicated. Any suggestion is much appreciated.

you have to disable 'keep mail on server' somwhere at the pop-account properties.

hi, yes is possible, but we need to retain our mail in the server for remote viewing if you do that all our mails will be downloaded in our MS mail programs (Outlook and Express). What should I do, its working nicely before in my sme 5.1.2 and now after upgrade to 5.6 we encountered that problem.

I'm having the same issue: I was fine in 5.5 but Outlook downloads duplicates from 5.6 if previously retrieved messages are viewed again via webmail. Any ideas on this one?

I guess its better to go back in sme 5.1.2 which is for me is the stable version release. And only update the systems update.
