Topic: Email for virtual domains

I've established an Ibay and Virtual domain for a web site and entered users for email.  When they send emial from the webmail site the "From" is the primary server domain instead of the virtual domain.  Is that a mistake in my setup, or is that just the way it is?

Resolved it.  They just need to set up their accounts properly in webmail.
