Topic: How do you restrict users bandwith?

How do you restrict bandwith appropriately to users of your LAN? If someone could please help me out with this as I am in desperate need of restricting users internet bandwith amongst the LAN.

Well, I'm using Linux mainly as my gateway (no proxy) for my Cable connection.  YOu might try this:
