I´ve tried to install 4.1.2 on a ICP-Vortex GDT6113RS last weekend.
It doesnt work. After making the hostdrive and booting from
installation-cd, installation was aborted with error.
No device to create filesystem.
First I thought my hostdrive wasnt correctly installed,
but then i found this on google.com ( sorry für german language:)

work.
Ive tried to install rh7.0 like described in the thread on google and what should i say, it works fine in expert-mode
and manuelly choosing the icp-vortex.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem like kernel compiling on another maschine ( standard-kernel ) ?
Will this work ?
