Does anyone howto the nightspirit contrib - e-smith-PDF-printer @ http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/nightspirit/e-smith-PDF-printer, please advise.

if you want to, I will send you a .zip - file where all files needed are included (39 MB). All you need to do is to create an i-bay called "pdfdrop" and make it accessible to all users. Everything else is taken care of by an installation script. On Win - boxes you will have to connect the e-smith pdf printer as an Apple Color Laser (driver is incluede in all Win - Versions).

It works fine on 5.6 and 6.0beta2.

however, there is one additional contrib "e-smith-pdf-printer-1.0-2.noarch.rpm" located at the nightspirit, any different?

Hi Daley,

http://forums.contribs.org/index.php?topic=18153.msg71188#msg71188 if you like to use an HP printer driver, make sure you use a ps - driver, not pcl.
