Mitel doesn't post a list of bugs for betas, or bugs yet to be solved. They do, however, post lists of solved bugs for the current stable release. Have a look on the e-smith.org site.

That doesn't seem to bother Mitel. Send them anything you think is a bug.

This has been discussed serveral times in the past. Mitel has made it very clear that they are responsible for all bug and that we, the community, should report them to Mitel. They've also made it clear that they do not intend to post bugs in a manner bugzilla or the link.
