Hi all gcc-specialists
I got some problems compiling qmail with smtp-auth-send-tls patch:
1. I downloaded, compiled and installed openssl source.
2. I applied the actual qmail patch. I applied the smtp-auth-send-tls patch.
3. The compiling stopped at #include
because openssl installs its headers in /usr/local/ssl/include/. So I crated a softlink in /usr/include. The source gets compiled but ld fails with "undefined reference to SSL_shutdown'" and any other references to ssl files.
The cflags are -O2 -c.
For a test I added -I/usr/local/ssl/include with no effect.
... and my gcc knowledge ends here!
Any helping hint?
Some of the greater ISPs change to smtp-auth for some spam reasons (for example 1und1 with 1.450.868 active sites listed june,2003)
It would be nice, if anyone could compile this &%§qmail, adding a nice panel for the authentication procedure. I would offer one ore two bottles beer for the first guy
