Topic: blocking some websites with ipchains?

i was looking through the archive about people blocking some ip addresses from connecting to their e-smith and their examples but they didnt work. Even though I thought their examples would work[and of course adapt to my network] but they didnt. Are the ipchains rules different in e-smith then any other linux distro? Each time I try to ban a website[example www.napster.com [64.124.41.39] so that people on my network cant go to that website, it just doesnt work. Can anyone please give some working ipchains examples of blocking some websites. I know I could use squid but I am looking for a working ipchains command that I can use.
