I installed mydms two days ago without a problem. It worked great for two days until today. Whenever try to Add a Document (upload/post a file) I get an error. The only thing I can think that caused it to break is I installed Secure Mail and did a post-upgrade afterwords. Ever since then I haven't been able to upload any files to mydms. I think something must of happened to the configuration. This is the error that is produced in the log.

I checked line 32 and it refers to mkdir and a change mod code of 0755. I checked all the folder attributes to mydms and they look normal to me but I'm not sure if they may have changed after the post-upgrade.
