Topic: Current Quota Usage and Settings

I got this error, there is a user that has his mail quota near its limit, and no more can send or receive files,  it has no mails in this mail account checking in the webmail, and also in the MailDir  directory, I removed and created again successfully and and nothing happen, it shows in the server manager that has a 505 files, and 19.9 MB occupied, 20 MB is his limit,

Has anyone have this problem? How may I fix this?
