Basically, it's a site setup to promote providers of support for open-source products. They don't currently have an e-smith/SME category, but I think that it might be interesting to ask them to add it.

They are based in Europe, but it seems to be getting quite a bit of traction. As well, this would be a good way to get a little money towards all the helpful people here. I've added an issue to add e-smith as a project.
