now that mitel are no longer making releases of e-smith (after the upcomming updated 6 release) - any idea of a date by the way?

are there any plans here to release a souped up iso?
ie. an e-smith iso with favourite/best contribs included?

i'd love one with anivirus & content filter included. anyone else got any suggestions?

the last statement of e-smith:
"there will be a 6.0-final within the next two weeks".
nobody here knows the exact release-date.

and no, there won't be a "full" iso with all contribs.
how should anyone know, which contribs you prefer?

Within two weeks.

Yeah, put it together.

Seriously, it's all Open Source, go ahead and assemble your dream distrib. If you need assistance there are likely lots of folks willing to help out here & there. Start putting your favorite addons into the image and I'm sure folks will then suggest theirs, Contribs.org or other would probably be willing to host a "soup-e-smith" ISO or at least a directory.

Heck, no need to even wait for 6.final, get started now and it can be updated when that comes out.
