Topic: E-mail setup issues.

This might be a simple issue.

I can send email to clients out.

I have difficulty in receiving email.

If i run the Mail log Analysis tool I get

del   xdelay  reason
12    0.27     Unable to chdir to maildir (#4.2.1)

I then changed the ownership of var/spool/mail
from: root.mail
to: mail.mail

The permissions on the directory are 755 as of now.

What needs to be done here ???

What does not need to done is modification of ownership and permissions on any directories.  If you can't recieve mail with a standard installation, then there is likely a DNS issue or email retrieval mode/setting issue.
