There is such as beast already.

It's called InterScan VirusWall, from Trend Micro (http://www.trendmicro.co.uk/). It claims to work only on Red Hat 6.0, but you might want to give it a go on the e-smith S&G. It does exactly what you want.

http://www.amavis.org supports email scanning with one or more licensed commercial scanners and the amavis tool is under GNU GPL. Its working on my e-smith server.

I just read that you van made amavis work under e-smith.
Please tell me how!
I tried the configure, but gave errors.
And were did you "make" the script, or do you use the perl-version?
If you do, still do tell how you were able to configure it.

I have E-smith 4.1.2 and i am using that as my mail server.  I would like to configure some anti virus tool ..pls give me details of the configuration to do that.
