More ISDN-support please

Hi there,

I'd like to see that the next version of e-smith has some more features to support ISDN. I know that in teh US many people use the X75-protocol, but here in Europe we can use ippp.

For example in England there isn't any cable, so everybody uses ISDN to connect tot the Internet fast. In the Netherlands we do have cable, but it isn't availble to everyone.

Please consider this when you make the next version of you wonderfull product. I think that many (european) users would like this very much...

Keep up the good work!

Please give E-smith ISDN support...
Im curently using Smoothwall, but the only reason why im using Smoothwall is because e-smith dont have ISDN support!

me too,

after one week to get it run with isdn with no success, I give up:-(
I'll use "FLI4L"  instead, the one disc floppy router.
It's incredible , a router just on a floppy with ISDN support.
So I think, that must be peanuts for you specialists, to support it.

ciao Wolfgang

One more for the pot...

Having messed around with versions 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 unsuccessfully, I stumbled across smoothwall. A very nice if simplistic product with no hassles AND isdn support for internal cards. So it kinda begs the question...If they can support the damn card in a 20meg product why can't you guys? I have noticed ver5.0 of your product, but until I stop seeing similar messages to those above, I don't think I'll be bothering trying it out. This is a shame as E-Smith is very powerful, let down only by a lack of support for the non-commercial side.

Yours in anticipation...
