Can anyone provide a good howto to put this in the e-smith server?
When I put it in the primary, he doesn't execute the php scripts, and when i put it in the admin dir, it works, but the sqlserver says i can't connect from my host
(gives the name of my e-smith box)

Try settings up an I-Bay......

This is a known issue. You have to upgrade to the latest e-smith base.

1. Go to ftp://ftp.e-smith.nl/e-smith/updates/4.1.2/RPMS/noarch/
and download: e-smith-base-4.4.0-26.noarch.rpm

2. install it by executing: rpm -Uhv e-smith-base-4.4.0-26.noarch.rpm

3. execute the following command: /sbin/e-smith/signal-event post-upgrade

4. execute te following command: /sbin/e-smith/signal-event reboot (it will reboot)

5. login as 'admin' with 'yourpassword' (just to be safe in case of config issus)

This will make the primary Ibay PhP and CGI executable.
