I would like to be able to control Samba in a much more granular fashion via the server manager.
My main gripe is that the server-manager option of setting Samba to be a domain controller (DC) does not differentiate between the Primary (PDC) and Secondary (SDC) roles. If I tell e-smith to be a DC it will remain as a SDC as long as I don't reboot the fileserver that is currently the PDC, at this point it promotes iteself to the PDC (or possibly it was never able to assert its claim to be the PDC until the main one shutdown). I know I can modify this behaviour manually but it woul be good to have it a choice in the server manger.
Further, it would be good to have a page in the server manger where fine control of ALL shares could be maintained.
The ability to be able to print to shared printers without authentication would also be useful.
