I realize that these things shouldn't need to be changed on a regular basis or anything, but these are very handy when you do need to make changes. Before switching to SME, we used a NetWinder OfficeServer. It was very similar and ran on a little StrongARM box. It had EVERYTHING configurable via the web interface, including firewall rules, DNS, and interface details. I prefer the openness of SME and the ability to run on standard cheap hardware, but the NetWinder was much more user-friendly. I think a few more features on the web interface would go a long way in winning people over (with lots of warnings on certain panels of course).
