Out of the blue server 5.5 rebooted and the services do not all start. All I get is

setuidgid: fatal: unable to run /usr/local/bin/multilog: access denied

error sent to the console.

I have chown the multilog to 777 and fsck and tried to start ps manully.

I have downloaded 6.0 and tried the upgrade, but the same error message appears.

It looks like several others have seen this issue, any thoughts?

Check the 'set group id on execution' bit for folders in the log directory - for the email log folders the group id bit must be set (easiest way is to use mc)

For my 5.5 server:
