Topic: 5.6 email weirdness

I have two accounts out of the 40 on my server which since a server crash and reinstall of backup will only deliver the mail to me (admin). I've even deleted the accounts via server manager and through SSH to get around the 'can't create account' problem and then created a new one with the same name - but it still delivers the mail to admin and not to the users mailbox???
It's driving me mad - any ideas?

To expand on the problem - I can login to the account via webmail no problem, but when I try using an email client such as Outlook it pops up the username and password box even though they are both right.
I've deleted these accounts and remade them endless times but the above still happens and mail still go's to admin????????????????????

Update: Just discovered that this happens with any new account I create - somethings gone wrong somewhere!
