I've just installed ClamAV using the scripts and instructions on sme.swerts-knudsen.dk. (I've been using the SpamAssassin for a while and it's fabulous!).
I don't think the AV is using the /etc/amavis-ng/amavis.conf file. I've edited it, and tested sending virii... the messages get stopped, but when I view email headers, I don't see the x-headers for the AV, and I don't get notifications sent to the postmaster account.
Also, when running the sh enable_clamav.sh test, I got an error that a file was not found (the file name escapes me right now, and I can't check it from behind the firewall at work). It was the third of however many tests... (if that helps).
Any reason why the .conf file is not being read?
This is on a 5.6 install.
