Topic: Restricting websites

2 Queries:
1) The topic I placed yesterday mysteriously "disappeared"   Any idea?
2) Is there a way of restricting users to certain websites via SME Server 5.6? i.e. give the server a list of restricted websites rather than setting up those lists on individual machines?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
