Can anyone help me with finding a Web Content Management that I can install on my SME 6.0 server, giving me the ability to upload my Web Site from Windows to my SME Server?

Where are many CMS, compatible with SME.
You will have to choose one for yourself.
Generally, the ones based on LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP or Perl) are compatible.
Many of them were discussed here and reported to work well with SME and have How-to's written for installation.

Start with searching the web. Find the once you like and check if they have been tested with SME.
