Server: SME 5.6
Client: Windows XP Pro

Is there a way to make hidden files on the server appear hidden when using explorer in Windows?

The "Thumbs" files show up when browsing or when MediaPlayer writes Music CD Album infomation, those files appear instead of being hidden.

there is a setting in the samba.conf.
have a look at the samba-documentation...
