Topic: 5.6 server redirect of DocumentRoot

On our 5.6 server that was upgraded from 5.5 and supports webmail any access of the DocumentRoot is redirected to webmail.  I have combed through the httpd.conf files and the DocumentRoot is set as

DocumentRoot /home/e-smith/files/primary/html


When I build a system from scratch for test puposes I don't have this redirect.

Any ideas?
