Topic: 2 Questions - FTP File Size , Username without webmail

I have 2 questions, ones I can't seem to figure out.

First I'm running 5.6 with all the updates as a mail server and ftp server. A problem I have is that when I copy a folder to the ftp site, when I access threw IE or ftp client, I can't see one of the files. I notice its a 4 gig file. Is there some setting to increase file size you can see in ftp? When I map to the ibay internally, I can see it.

My second question is about users. I want to create a username, so I can give someone write access to the ftp, but I dont' want them to have access to webmail, ie, use the mail server. I only have pop3 available on internal lan so thats not a issue, but I have the webmail accessible from outside, so I want to have them not be able to login and use the mail box. How can I do that.
