Topic: Validate email users in "Delegate Server" mode

Their has been a few contribs floating around that allow you to block email via a rules file...

Does anybody know of one that will work under the following configuration:
SME 6 Final
Delegate mail server =>> YES

I have mail pass through SME to an internal mail server. It is also a Primary MX for several domains out on the internet. (for virus and spam filtering)

I have tried a contrib in the past that allows you to create rules, but this is bypassed when you delegate mail to another server in server manager.

I don't mind setting up local users to validate against, but what happens to the mail for the other domains?
Will ValidateLocalRecipients work?
