ClamAV Problems

hi
i'm having some problems on my sme 5.6 + clamav 0.65r6 created by a lot of processes (40 instances) such as these

/usr/bin/suidperl -w /dev/fd/3//usr/bin/qmail-queue.amavis

anyone have any ideas ?
