Topic: Newby Question - Is there a Xwindows type add on for 6.0

Hello All,

Bear with me this is my first time using SME.  I just installed SME and configured the server but everything was in a DOS type window.  Is there a Xwindows addon to SME like in the screen shots section?  If so where do I find it and how do I install it?  I apologize in advace for such a basic question but everybody has to start some where.  I'm not familiar with linux at all to take it easy with the tech jargon.  I do know networking and windows very well just not linux

The configuration screen is a text (DOS) style screen but there is also the server manager which is a Win style GUI (as well as text style) accessed via web browser. Maybe that's what you are really looking for.

And please do what everybody suggests, Read the Manual. It is available on line at contribs.org site and mitel.com.
