Please help me on this problem. I am a beginner, Please bare with me.
I have sme server 6, and ADSL router with dynamic ip address. I have a dyndns account and want to use ipcheck.py to update ip add dailey. I found the HOW TO at
http://williamsongraphics.com/ipcheckHOWTO.htmlBut i dont seem to come right. after following the instructions i get a error as follows.
ipcheck.py: Bad acctfile: /home/e-smith/files/ibays/stuff/files/ipcheck/acctfile
ipcheck.py: Exception: <class exception.IOError at 80be00>
im pretty sure its cause i dont have the file, but please give me suggestions. They also say i must put my domain name , dyndns.org account user name and password in the first line of the acctfile.
