Look in /home/e-smith/ for the various databases
Then look at the databases
/sbin/e-smith/db configuration show
/sbin/e-smith/db accounts show
(don't change anything directly in them though)
do
/sbin/e-smith/config
or
/sbin/e-smith/db configuration
(they are the same)
and it will list the command options
Then combine the command options with actual settings in the databases
You get a command something like (these are just examples)
/sbin/e-smith/db configuration set powstatd service status enabled watch ttyS0 init0 dtr init1 rts fail cts,0 kill dtr,1 low dcd,1
/sbin/e-smith/db configuration delprop powstatd
Read these forums & particularly the HOWTO's for other examples
