i-bays - accessing without password and ftp/web access v6.0

i-bays - accessing without password and ftp/web access v6.0

I want to be able to allow anyone to access an i-bay without having to enter a username and password?

Is it something to do with the ftp/web access setting? Or does this only apply to access via ftp or web browser ?

Can someone explain ?
