Topic: Backup problems (backup aborted: Tape not loaded)

HI!

I have quit a problem with my backup.

Whenever I am trying to perform a backup job I get the message backup aborted: Tape not loaded in the admin mailbox.

I have just installed an Adaptec 29160 scsi card and reinstalled the server.

Whenever the server boots i can see a failure in sd_mod module, but afterwards the server finds the scsi card. I ahve tried with 2 different tape stations (DAT & DLT), but same result  

The failure is: failed to exec /sbin/modprobe -s -k scsi hostadapter errno = 2 loading aic7xxx module

I hope anyone can help me out.
