I have some users who would like their email forwarded to a different email address. I have changed their forwarding option in the user panel and all new email is being forwarded to their preferred email address. However, the existing email is still sitting in their "new" folder.
I have asked them to simply pull their email with their email client but trying to walk them through configuring a new account on their email client is more trouble than what it is worth -- these are very non technical people.
